LONDON, June 22 — A special homage to the French-Canadian classic poutine — fries topped with cheese curds and gravy — and basic recipes for cannelloni and lasagna were among the top viewed cooking videos this week.

Loaves of bread are stuffed with poutine — the classic, French-Canadian dish of fries, cheese curds and gravy — along with everything from pulled pork meat, chili, sausages, bacon, chicken, ground beef, and cheese sauce.
