KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 10 — Volkswagen Group Malaysia expects its vehicle sales to double up this year from 885 units sold last year.
Its managing director Andreas Prinz said the company expects the launch of new models and the opening of new showrooms to boost its sales this year.
“Last year, our sales slightly decreased due to the late delivery of cars and new launches,” he said at the company’s fourth year anniversary celebration held here today in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year.
The company has six dealer partners in the country currently. — Bernama
