Judicial Commissioner fixed the date in chambers after senior federal counsel Datuk Kamaluddin Md Said, for the Attorney-Geneal, and Abdul Razak’s counsel, Wong Kian Kheong, asked for time to file submissions on the objection.
The court was to have heard today the application by Altantuya’s father, Shaariibuu Setev, a Mongolian, for a review of the Public Prosecutor’s decision not to appeal the acquittal of Abdul Razak on a charge of abetting in the murder of his daughter.
The application filed through counsel karpal Singh named the Attorney-General and Abdul Razak as defendants.
