TAIPING, March 31 – Campaigning for the Bukit Gantang and Bukit Selambau by-elections has run into a bizarre roadblock, with the police stepping in to dictate what PKR cannot say or do in the intense battle to win votes.
They must not mention Altan … err, a certain Mongolian model, now deceased.
The ban on bringing up Altantuya case and Perak Sultan decision in campaigning was issued by the Home Ministry and covers all 3 by-elections, Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said today.
A PKR source said that was one of the conditions police imposed on the party when it applied for ceramah permits.
A certain Ruler’s decision, matters of race and religion and other “sensitive” issues are also forbidden. In addition, PKR must also ensure that the crowd at its ceramah is confined to a specific area where the event is being held.
Perak PKR deputy chief Chan Lih Kang told a press conference that the party would not appeal against the restrictions but would defy them and face the consequences.
“They cannot stop us from exercising our freedom of expression,” he said.
The same restrictions do not apply, apparently, to Pas, who have only been told to stop their ceramah by 11pm.
The murder of Altan … err, she-who-cannot-be-named, has proven to be acutely embarrassing for Umno’s new president and prime minister-in-waiting Datuk Seri Najib Razak, whose aide was acquitted of murder.
Najib has repeatedly denied ever meeting the woman.

We know what happened after that. Bill Clinton was later found to have had oral sex (although he claimed that oral sex doesn't constitute not sexual relations).
The moral of the story is: One can only take bare-faced denials at face value only. You have to dig deeper for the true story

a. Inaccurate immigration records of into and out of Malaysia, which is a dangerous development that can allow illegals to remain in this country and create headache for the government's top leaders
b. Private Investigators going missing and the police still unable to trace their whereabouts
c. The 'correct correct correct' commission that declared everyone innocent
d. The French commission that could have been used to develop Bukit Selambau into a well planned modern township, but instead has been talked about in the foreign media.
e. Kugan - who bade farewell to all in the most suspicious way and the murderers who have not been located this now.
f. The poor lady who was promised SOCSO withdrawal but instead got a bounced cheque

Why this funny game of politics?
Why the rules keep changing?
Police gives order, restrictions placed on Pakatan leaders...
This cannot say, that cannot say...
Umno - semua can say!!!
Umno accused Nizar and Pas of treason against the Perak sultan,
But Nizar and Pas cannot talk about the sultan's decision...
Umno talked about ketuanan Melayu, that is okay...
Umno criticised the Chinese and Indians - and made them all second class citizens.
But Pakatan cannot talked about race and ketuanan rakyat.
Umno banned Allah from non-Muslims using the term,
Umno can restrict the freedom of religion and plunder the federal constitution.
But Pakatan cannot even raise the issue of religious freedom.
Wake up, Malaysia.
Don't vote Umno and their cohorts...
They rob, steal, destroy and kill...
Don't keep one eye closed and hope for the best.
Umno is now at its worst...
Reject Umno racism.
Vote for Pakatan!!!!

What a shame for the rakyat when the PM unwilling to fight and clear his name in court. Psychologically, if one is innocence, he/she will fight hard to clear his/her name just like Tengku Razaleigh did in a separate case. I would also do the same... infact most people if not all, will fight to clear their names. It is just a natural response if you have been falsely accused.
We wait to see Najib's response.. saying - "I never meet her" is definitely irrelevant. The question remains - did you authorized or hinted or say anything that resulted in the murder....

PKR can't speak of the Perak's Sultan decision to elect an illegal goverment held by a certain "Zombie", but PAS can?
And weirdest of all.... only in Bukit Gantang and Bukit Selambau, but not Batang Ai?
Did the PDRM forget on the following?
1) PAS is a party which forms part of Pakatan Rakyat.
2) Bukit Gantang is in PERAK, whereby the candidate is from PAS.
3) Batang Ai is also having by-elections together with the 2 Bukits.
And I taught our police force were stupid.... they are actually DUMB!
First of all, PAS can still say about "She who is not to be mentioned" in their ceramahs in Bukit Gantang and Batang Ai. So, people will still know about "that Mongolian woman".
Secondly, PAS is contesting in Bukit Gantang, not PKR. They can now tell the whole people in Bukit Gantang about what BN did to "steal" the legitimate government away from the people in Perak, and how UMNO betray the Sultans first (1993, remember?).
And finally, Batang Ai will now know the real truth on what BN has done in East Malaysia.
Now I know what PDRM stands for.... Polis Dungu Rabun Malaysia!

Now they dictate what PKR could or could not say in the ceramahs.
Might as well prepare the full text and ask the police to give ceramah on PKR behalf.
If there are example 5,000 people coming to listen to the ceramah and the place could only occupy 2,000 people then the remaining 3,000 have to go home?
Stupid.
Why cant we mention the name of the woman if the prime minister in waiting has denied meeting the woman?

Tell me, does this not remind you of the old Communist Russia under the brutal and repressive dictator Josef Stalin; of whom some even called him "the butcher of Russia". Surrounded as he was by state apparatus like the KGB, secret police, and the military, with "Gulags" or labour camps all over Siberia. Communist Russia was known as a totalitarian state and "evil empire" where there was no freedom and you were told what to say or not say, what to do, where to work, and where to live.
Doesn't this sound similar to the manner the UMNO "mafiosi" is trying to run Malaysia now? And they call it "Mahathirsm"! Stalinism, more like it!

What is very worrying to Malaysians now is that the UMNOputras seem to behave as if they were gods and they can turn white into black and black into white. They simply don't feel the shame that they have done so much criminal damage to the country.
With such blatant display of arrogance and criminality, they are now trying to justify their actions by hijacking Allah himself. Allah is now confined to a gilded cage. First non-Muslims will be prohibited from recognizing that Allah is a just, merciful and loving God. They have not even insulted Allah but have made known that Allah is the all-mighty God and yet the Hadharists have declared that they are the only people who would own God. Next even Muslims themselves would one day be prohibited from using the word "Allah" unless they are Hadhari-certified. Since the word "Allah" is being copyrighted by the Hadharists, it follows that all the attributes of God would also be the copyrighted properties of the Hadharists. Anyone, other than the Hadharists, claiming the rights of justice, mercy, truth and love will be denied.
Such is the evil of this deviationist face of the Hadharist's Islam that the country is now sliding fast into an abyss of hopelessness and despair.

but if regulating speeches in by-elections by not mentioning altantuya, doesn't it bring to mind there's something sinister about the name altantuya or anything related to this altantuya namesake. i still can't comprehend if at all the name altantuya really will bring down a candidate in the by-elections, all three of them from ever uttering that name, altantuya. i am really amazed by the fact that altantuya, even in death, is being banned and regarded as taboo in ceramahs, you know, the name altantuya.
the police might need to review such a condition, banning the name altantuya, because the more they restrict it, mentioning the name altantuya, more questions will be raise as to why, a mongolian lady named altantuya in the first place, is imposed.
the police should justifies such a move of banning the name altantuya to reassure the voters including the rest of the country, the reason for it, not mentioning altantuya.
for the time being, i hope the police will do the right thing and allow freedom of speech for all malaysian to say the name, altantuya! altantuya! altantuya! altantuya!!!!!

then this will be followed by the renaming of the tugu kebangsaan to tugu rosmah.
then all road names will be renamed jalan tun mahathir (in BM and jawi, with small print in english, tamil and mandarin).
then all waterfalls will be renamed 'hishammuddin falls.'
then sri perdana will be renamed istana najib (until after the next elections are paid/ swindled, after which parliament will table a motion to rename it Rumah Khairy).
then, the RMN will rename the submarine KD Tun Razak to KD Razak Baginda.
and finally, when they have done all this, all cemeteries and municipal garbage dumps in the country be named 'hak-hak rakyat malaysia'.

We also cannot mention names like Tun Razak (his father) Tunku Abdul Rahman, Hussein On and those leaders who have died who contributed significanly to this country. Ha ha ha, what a joke.

My suggestion: Since the restriction is only limited to mentioning the name, give her a pseudonym, and start spreading the pseudonym now, let everyone know that the pseudonym represents her, and then go ahead and campaign on it like no tomorrow. The police won't understand wtf is going on since all of them are only Form 5 grads.
