I'm so sick and tired of stupid spin like this... you want to talk about RELA? Go and investigate allegations that they get paid RM50 for each undocumented person they nab and the tearing up of UNHCR cards in the faces of refugees.

The previous Home Minister said things that made me want to declare him criminally stupid. You make me feel the same way. There must be some law YOU are violating just by talking!

This day is a day of shame for PDRM, which has been used as a political toy in a legislative assembly where there is no room for it, and you fail to even see it. You are not fit to be the home minister.

Please arrest yourself, for breaking the law and having this illegal take over.

Come on, we think without the presence of the "members of security forces", the situation would NOT have been tense at all.

It was precisely their presence which caused the situation to become THAT tense! What more with all the unnecessary arrests and "drama" caused by the rough and threatening mobilisation of those forces. Perhaps they were there to show that there "are muscles behind them, so beware." (?)

People don't like such threatening posturing at all. Such measures are so OUT OF DATE! Think of something more NOVEL next time.

The laying of barbwires here and there and the lock down of Ipoh town made it as if the place had been turned into a "war zone" :

The people who just wanted to know what happened in the assembly on one side and the THREATENING security forces on the other. It was so unnecessary to have such great numbers of those personnel, as if the situation was at a very high risk and dangerous level, which wasn't true at all.

The fact that "members of security forces" were allowed into the assembly itself and manhandled Speaker Sivakumar and threatened lawmakers was definitely untenable! What security was Hisham talking about?

Perhaps what he had in mind was for the "security of BN-UMNO to firmly gain control of the assembly the way they wanted and to oust Speaker Siva by brute force, should he resisted." That, no doubt was HIS GREATEST SUCCESS!

But, SHAME on all the high handedness and uncivilised manner the whole episode was orchestrated and enacted!

The rakyat was dejected and offended that such brute force and uncalled-for manner and deplorable operation was planned and carried out in their backyard.

So Hisham, don't get the wrong idea of success. Such kind of senseless acts will come back to haunt you and BN-UMNO. The people are not so stupid and naive as you had thought.

The people ARE ALREADY BEYOND ALL THAT. They want to move on with respect, dignity and integrity, undisturbed by unnecessary nuisances such as power grab and manhandling, and unwanted "members of security forces" running around town chasing innocent and peace-loving and law abiding people.

hishamuddin is totally shameless. so is his cousin najib. they utter these empty words that insult our intelligence and memory. abuse of the law and institutions like the police and the courts will bring a bitter harvest. the strong don't always stay strong and the weak can become strong. which is why wiser people than them create good laws and implement them fairly, for the day will come, when hisham and najib too will only have the law to protect them.

No serious incidents as you may claim but very shameful and ugly. Can't believe what we see on the internet.

Ok hopefully Mas Selamat recapture may have put him not able to focus to the avoiding public havoc in Ipoh.

Majority may have conned to believe all the matters otherwise. Dude, remove your guys from the assembly. People and rakyat do not need to be physically take part in your 'chaos on the streets' acts.

I blogged yesterday and found out every now and then live-feed of info of what turned up in that assembly hall and its surrounding yesterday. Must we not feel ashamed and dumb should we could have done something(at least to join the crowd).
