JAKARTA, May 31 — Indonesian model Manohara Odelia Pinot, whose family claimed was abused, fled for home today from Singapore where the Kelantan royal family was accompanying the ill sultan undergoing medical treatment.
Local press reports say the Indonesian-American beauty met her mother Daisy Fajarina in the city-state and flew home this morning.
She met reporters and told them she was no longer in love with the prince, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry, whom she accused of sexual abuse and violence.
“I am afraid of the daily sex abuse and violence,” the Banjarmasin Post quoted the 17-year-old as saying.
She married the prince last August 26 but her mother claimed she was kept incommunicado last February 26 after the family went to Mecca for a pilgrimage.
“I don’t sleep every day until about 4am in fear of getting an injection or being drugged,” said the model who was named one of Indonesia’s 100 Precious Women by Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
Family lawyer Yuli Andre Darma told reporters that Manohara has yet to decide her future and will stay at the family home in Slipi, west Jakarta.
“What is clear is she won’t decide in the near future. But it is up to Manohara whether she wants to return or not,” the lawyer said
He did not have details of Manohara’s shock return, saying all he knew was she met her mother at a hotel.

will there be any legal actions against him ?
Or at least a police report.
As far as I know, no one is above the law.
At least, that's what the govt keeps telling the ordinary RAKYAT.

A sadist true to form, and will our police or even govt do now? mind you there are many offenders out there who may see this as a way out for them, why not? if the Sultan can do it and get away why not us...will be the cry of these criminals,,do we need this?
UMNO has to show an example, but judging from toyo debacle they will do nothing, what about shariah laws? so much talk before, can we see something done now?

What a story. It has a sweet 16 year old marrying a prince (never mind he is 30 yr) It has a fantasy marriage turn nightmare. It has drugs, rape and abuse with sharp razor blades. It has her mother barred entry into the country by the Immigration department. It even has an international incident, where Singapore Police, and an FBI agent worked together to rescue her.
True or false this can not be swept under the carpet. The PR damage with Indonesia is bad. PM Najib please spare a moment from the PKFZ scandal to fix this thing too.

Malaysian govt denies cover-up in Kelantan prince scandal
By Channel NewsAsia's Malaysia Bureau Chief Melissa Goh | Posted: 03 June 2009 0029 hrs
KUALA LUMPUR : The Malaysian government has denied any cover-up in the alleged abuse of a teenage Indonesian model by a Malaysian prince.
The Minister in the Prime Minister's department Nazri Aziz will investigate if a formal report is lodged as he said no one is above the law.
Meanwhile, the Kelantan royal family, through its spokesman, has denied all allegations of wrongdoing Tunku Temengganong.
17-year-old Manohara Odelia Pinot made the front page of Malaysian papers after news of her dramatic escape from Singapore shocked the nation.
The teary teenage model claimed that she was sexually abused and tortured by her husband Tengku Mohd Fakhry who treated her, she said, like a toy.
Then 16, Manohara whose father is French, wedded the 31-year-old prince last August.
Now back safe in Jakarta, she said she has had enough, and is filing for divorce.
Her mother Daisy Fajarina, meanwhile, has vowed to press charges against the prince pending a full medical report
Speaking in Kuala Lumpur, the minister in the PM's department said the authorities are in the dark as there has been no formal report lodged so far.
"He just happens to be the son of the Sultan... no one is above the law. This report is criminal act against the state and we will take action," said Minister Nazri.
The Kelantan royal family meanwhile has dismissed the allegations as slanderous and defended its youngest prince.
"Prove it. Manohara must be prepared to go to an independent doctor Australia or France, only then it's fair," argued Mohd Sabri Shafiee, Tengku Fakhry spokesman.
Mohd Sabri, who is a close friend of Tengku TT - as the prince is commonly known - hopes that Manohara will apologise to clear the air.
He said: "Impossible as a human being that he can be cruel when we all know that he loves her so much. Tengku will not run away; we'll make sure the truth comes out.
He later produced footage of the couple happy moments together.
"To repair the damage, Manohara needs to tell the truth, seek the husband's forgiveness and Tengku TT will take her back," said Mohd Sabri.
He blamed Manohara's mother, whom he described as materialistic, for messing up the daughter's marriage which otherwise could have worked.
"She wants everything; house, cars, you name it. I don't want to go into details," said Mohd Sabri.
In a statement issued, the Kelantan royal family has urged the media to respect their privacy and not to play up on the scandal that's fast becoming a major embarrassment to the royal family. - CNA /ls

Its all "Ganyang Malingsya" apparently, they are all fumed up by the very sentiment seeded up by the Indonesian media- engined by tante Dessy, Manohara's mother. The mother married an American, a French, a Norwegian and finally an Indonesian...lived most of her life overseas, and now is back to Indonesian when she fell foul to the lawmakers in France. She is back and claim to have semangat nasionalisme when she lived all her life overseas and only rally support from Indonesians when she is in trouble-bigger trouble in France, apparently! So dont you see, whilst she rallies support for her daughter, by making seditious statement against the TT...she is also rallying support against extradition orders from France...
Sure-we all read our local news, which seems to do a cover up for the Kelantanese royals-but why isn't there a formal police report against TT then.? Why isnt there an independent medical report on Manohara at this point be made available.? And why in the world would a husband rape a young, beautiful wife, a rare find...I know I would not....mau aja aku frame dalam picture tetiap ari aku tatapi... :-)...
My point here is I am not trying to side the royals or our "independent" media...but let's check and read up the bigger picture - of Manohara's mother, Dessy, of Manohara herself and Ardi Bakry...and make our own judgment. There is something fishy here and it smells straight out towards Slipi, West Jakarta. My heart and sympathy goes out to TT no matter how beautiful Manohara is and how deceiving a story tante Dessy may tell the medias in Indonesia. MY 2 Cents
