SHAH ALAM, July 16 – Selangor CPO Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said tonight the authorities had classified the death of Teoh Beng Hock as sudden death and do not see any evidence of foul play so far.

just i have expected from our policemen.

Too early to make such silly statement.
First thing to suspect something fishy happened inside the building.

This is nothing to do with race or politics.
This is about an innocent man - so young at 30,
About to get marry tomorrow.

Whatever the investigation by MACC,
It is clarified that Beng Huat is not the suspect -
There is obviously no reason he should want to plunge to his own death.

He fell, but how - isn't the building safe?
Why he should be there from 3.45 am to 1 pm???

He was allegedly to be released at 3.45 am, why so in such an hour - wee hour in the dark.
These MACC officials have no feelings, they are not humans -
Not sure if these people believe God can see, and He is all seeing God.

Now it is left to pathologists to come out with some answers.
The state govt and DAP should quickly engage some private pathologists -

The people will not just let this case be closed as "sudden death". Don't underestimate the people's intelligence. This case must be investigated by independent body.

If there is a need to bring in professional parties from overseas to investigate this case, please do so, the people will be willing to set up a fund to cover this cost.

I want to know from which floor and window did he fell from. Who pushed him?

Why is there a big hole in his pants? Of course, police will covered that up to protect the MACC murderers.

Tis Khalid . He said the same kind of thing in the Kugan case. Can anybody believe him. He would not dare to investigate MACC. The police has no credibility. We have made our mind.

Teoh's family must make sure that no one tampers with his body, because these clowns may want to plant or remove any evidence which implicates them. They should also get a pathologist that can be trusted (definitely not those from UPM, HKL, and a thousand times definitely not those from the police) to do a post-mortem to check for signs of struggle or signs of being drugged, and also examine why his pants are torn in that way.

The classification of "sudden death" by the police is not surprising. Every time someone dies in custody, that is their standard cover-up verdict. Don't expect these Umno's police to help you find the killers. Don't expect Umno's judiciary to help you convict the killers. Maybe they perform a sandiwara to let you think they are "trying to help", but don't expect that they are really going help you.

MACC & Police forces seriously is not doing their job professionally, as a citizen I can sense anyone of us can be abuse by the respective authority and without any citizen protection. I only hope our royalt king to step in to the picture to establish a royal commission resolve this national issues. It's clearly an abuse of power by the respective authority.

As citizen I feel that my tax money had somehow use against me as to my entitlement of rightful citizen peace and protection. Now my only wish that I can fast forward time to 2013 for the next general election, so we can decide once and for all to clear such massive national mass by BN governance.

Infact, this is a clear indicator that PM Najib 100 days, had turn the nation into a sad state. My confidence is extremely low - unlike what is being reported in the mainstream media.

guess what, next time...if any of you wanted/thought/planned or anything for that matter, to suicide...remember to tear some pieces of yr pants/jacket. that way, they will rule out foul play and WILL confirm you as sudden death/suicide.

First, late Teoh B. H. was impossible to be just accidentally fallen out from the building. That building is totally full glass conceal, there is neither balcony nor open outside corridor. For a person to fall out from that kind of building, one must deliberately open the glass window, climb out and jump down.

IF, late Teoh Beng Hock was committing suicide, that means he must have committing crime and fear that MACC has detected it. Thus, there must be strong proves that late Teoh had committed a crime. Is there any prove? Even after 11 hours of interrogation, MACC can’t even show that he is the suspect, not to mention that MACC have any solid proves or not.

Thus, the possibility of he accidentally fell down or jumped down by himself are substantially excluded. The higher possibility is that he has been deliberately push or thrown down from that building. How can the police still classify it as “sudden death”??? Police has made a prejudice on the case, and intentionally close the investigation direction of a possible murder or foul play!!

There may not be any trace of foul play on the 5th floor or on Teoh’s body. If a person have been pushed, it will not leave any mark on that person body. More pathologists to investigate the body also may not shade any light on this case, unless the victim had been abused or straggle with someone before he had been pushed out of that building.

First probe must be ask why the interrogation carry out for so long and over the mid-night? What was MACC interrogated in those 11 hours? If calculate from 5pm to next day 1pm, there are 20 hours. A lot of things can be done on a lonely and helpless man within a team of so-called “officers”, for a long 20 hours. .... Intimidating, harassing, brain-washing, abusing, inducement, bribing, psychological bombarding.... for what even reasons... The end, a bright and healthy young man that is going to get married, died suddenly at the territory of the so-call MACC HQ.

JUSTICE must prevail!
None of Malaysian should let Teoh died in vain.

They were interrogating him into the wee hour in the morning.... this is what I found on Malaysia Today:

But he could not talk. He could not talk because there was nothing to talk about. The MACC wanted him to finger his comrades in the opposition. They wanted him to implicate his friends in the opposition for various crimes that the MACC alleges had been committed by those in the opposition.

He tried to explain that he is not being stubborn. He tried to explain that no crime had been committed. He tried to explain that he could not possibly implicate his comrades in the opposition for various crimes if these crimes are merely a figment of the MACC’s imagination.

So they continued to torture him. And he could no longer stand the torture. After all, he is not the macho type of man. He is but a gentle man who only wanted to get married this weekend. That was all that he wanted.

They threatened to kill him if he refuses to talk. With tears running down his cheeks he begged for mercy and pleaded with them not to harm him. They threatened to throw him off the top floor if he refuses to talk. Sobbing like a baby he went down on his knees and begged for his life.

They dragged him across the room and opened the window. Then something went terribly wrong. It was supposed to be just a threat. They just wanted to put fear in him. They did not really want to throw him off the top floor. They just wanted him to see what the ground floor looks like from the top floor.

The unfortunate young man panicked. He went ballistic when he saw the distance he would have to travel before hitting the ground floor. He struggled. They could not hold onto him. Gravity took over and the life of this young man was prematurely snuffed out.

The MACC then announced that they had released him the night before. They failed to announce that they had not released him from custody but released him from this world. Then they suddenly found his body the day after. He jumped. He committed suicide. He took his own life. He was never tortured. He was not dragged to the window with the threat that they would teach him how to fly.

This has been going on for far too long. The MACC acts like God. They kidnap families and torture those they arrest. They threaten those they interrogate with death if they refuse to talk.

if nobody can admit to the responsibility, then let the family of teoh beng hock conduct prayer sessions right at the place where he was found dead, hoping the authorities would not jail anyone who prays there, including family members.

and when praying, they are free to invoke all the gods of the world to make sure the guilty parties will from today be haunted until their own death, and their family members' death too. since no humans can touch those god-like people who are responsible, then let the gods punish the guilty ones as well as anyone who are party to teoh's death. let the gods crush the guilty ones as well as asking their own gods not to protect the guilty parties. let these bastards rot perpetually in hell, and for those who live, let them be haunted for their rest of their lives. let them realise that this is the might of the gods.

Another cover up has to be hatched with the main actors ... starring PDRM's highly respected and adored IGP Musa Hassan and AG Ghani Patel ... followed by Home Minister HHussein and don't forget government spokesman the witty Nazri. They are experts in double speak ... having had plenty of opportunities in the past.

Congratulations Malaysia for producing such wonderful specimens to lead us closer towards Pariah nation status. I think Najib should invite Mugabe, General Than Shwe and Kim Jong Ill to his Council of Advisors.

Being the CPO of Selangor, one would have thought that Khalid Ash Burn would have said something smart like,"at present, after conducting initial investigations, it was found to be that there were no signs of foul play which may suggest that this case could be classified as sudden death. However, we will wait for the post-mortem results and continue to thoroughly investigate this case before ruling out the possibility of foul play."

I am in tears...tears of anger! I can feel it in my bones that Beng Hock was tortured and killed accidentally. DAP, pls dont let the bastards get away with this. We will support you. Was he held outside the window by somebody (probably for threatening purpose/interrogation) holding onto his trouser's back pocket - then the trouser got torn causing him to fall? (May explain why the tear on the trouser)

Evidence already show that there has been force used because of the torn trouser.

I doubt if MACC released him in the first place. My suspicion is that the event must have occured around that time or after so that when the body is examined trying to identify the time of death, it is after 3.45am and that means MACC had already released him.

Any CCTV recoding of all those who come in and go out of the building from 6pm previous day till building sealed off?

I am totally frustrated and angry at this sudden 'efficiency' of our police in declaring Teoh's death as sudden. What do you mean no foul play? Why then is there a big tear in his pants? I don't think falling from a tall building will cause the pants to tear this way... he must have been dangled from the top by somebody holding on to his pants which tore apart due to the force of gravity... this seems to be the most plausible reason. PR, don't let this young man die in vain...malaysians, fight for justice.

"Interrogation gone wrong" is right, "sudden death"/mors subita of deceased Teoh Beng Hock could have been (lets say no one beat him up, no one pushed him to fall) caused solely by exhaustion, some sort of anima fragility, does that mean MACC should be exonerated?

MACC definitely is going to excuse themselves from being the cause of death by saying that "Teoh died by himself what".

wow..all the people here know more than the police! and this is another death case that many people jump in to politicise! pathetic malaysians! and what is this case has to do with the general elections? some comments were naive. you can change the government but you cannot change the civil servants, if you are blaming them. have people forgotten, MACC is the creation of the opposition - dap, pkr, pas, anwar ibrahim, karpal singh, lim kit siang and the likes, who wanted bpr or aca to be independent and powerful in doing their job. the former pm abdullah badawi was just rubber stamping macc in order to please these people and win the heart of the voters. now people are blaming macc for doing its work investigating the alleged wrongdoings of pr politicians. it is sad this young man died in a suspicious manner. but many are ever ready to point finger of guilt at the macc, the police, the govt, the pm, and whoever they love to hate, for the death of this person without giving any evidence to support their claims. all are just assumptions. remember the legal phrase..innocent unless/until proven guilty.. the people on the other side are also not stupid!

So I guess these so-called MACC investigators surely so hard-up and desperate to show to the other Malaysian citizens that indeed there is no brain inside their head. For if they have, surely they will not act worse than Nazi interrogators grilling this poor young man from 5pm on Wednesday till 3.45am on Thursday morning.

Whether there is a provision under the law that a witness (not a suspect) to be grilled or interrogated for such a long period is another issue which I do not have the appetite to talk about it now.

BUT my question to MACC interrogators are:

Are you going to do the same by interrogating mercilessly if that young man was Khairy Jamaluddin whom even UMNO Disciplinary Board has found him guilty of money politics?

Why have you not interrogated Ali Rustam with the same degree of intensity that this 'witness' Teoh has to endure (let alone nearly 12 long hours like this brainless MACC oofficers did to the late Teoh Beng Hock), again whom UMNO Disciplinary Board has found him guilty of money politics?

To all MACC interrogators let me remind you that your salary that you feed your children at home all this while are paid by using Malaysian taxpayers' money; this include the Late's Teoh tax money!! So why on earth your actions show that you have behaved like a political slave to your political masters in UMNO?

My heart goes out with the Late Teoh's family and his fiancee. I cannot imagine if this had happened to me. But I am positively sure my young small son and daughters will not rest even for a second until and unless my death is vindicated through whatever legal means necessary.

Nobody really understand why today in my office I cried silently but my tears visibly flowed from my eyes after seeing the above photo which shows the Late Teoh's body sprawled in a pool of blood on the roof of the building with a forensic police checking his body and upon reading the background story of his death.

DAp shd allocated the private patologies to carry the process of inquest. The adrenaline of Beng Hoch shd be test to show either he was in nervous condition when he was falled down from MACC building. Why the police did not instructed the chemist to do the test ?? Why not they do the inquest entirely????
