Forget about the Police report, it is just accident as per the report.

Perhaps they have planted many drugs into Teoh body after he being pushed, or accidentally pushed to death!!!!!

No need to do anything lah, we do not trust our police.

No need to wait till tommoro,I think we've already know de answer.
No foul play n de injury match with de fall,no motif for MACC to involve.

My heart aching seeing mother, father, brother, sister & finacee who lost their love one thro this unreasonable interrogation.

Don't the MACC realise that this young man too have their love one waiting for them to come home!!!
Just image if your love one in the same faith as Teoh.

You have no love for the Malaysian, whether they are malay, chinese, indian, iban or kadarzan, you just care for yourself & Umno interest.

Whether I'm right or wrong. Who ever did this to the young man, God & you should know the truth.
Not only Teoh will not rest in peace, you will not sleep in peace for the rest of your life until you confess your sin.

when so many issues cannot be accounted for, it is difficult to believe any official statements or reports issued by one department on another. who would release anything damning?

it all boils down to peter scratching paul's back and paul scratching in return, just so the status quo may be maintained.

even if the real truth is revealed now, most would view it negatively considering the emotionally charged atmosphere right now, and the public's believe that it is near impossible for someone to go in alive and walking out dead.

perhaps a truly independent body whose members have impeccable and unsoiled credentials should be set up to include members from affected parties, and such reports should hopefully assuage the suspicions of the public.

at the end of the day, the authorities must ensure that anyone who is involved in teoh's death should be brought to face justice.

Forget the report...I know what it'll say anyway.

I can get pizza delivered faster than calling a policeman, I can get a tow truck faster at an accident site before the police arrive...why do I need some incompent fool to tell me how the man died.

isn't this the same joker who said that Kugan's family went into the mortuary by force, when we all saw the video of the warden letting the family in?

Let's see what the cop says happened to Teoh's hand-set.

We generally know the official (MACC) version of his death. Other versions could exist based on the answers to the following:

1. Whether procedure was followed in interrogating a witness for 11 hours overnight (5pm - 4am).

2. Have video recordings of the interrogation been made to ascertain methods used.

3. Since an autopsy was done, for how long was Teoh dead prior to 1.30pm Thursday (this being the time his body was first sighted as per MACC's account).

4. Teoh was reported to have been unwilling to leave even after his interrogation ended at 4am. How many times in the past were witnesses unwilling to leave or was this the first ever case?

5. Were his mobile phone records perused indicating calls or messages to family/lawyer confirming his intention to leave or remain?

6. The angle his body was found and the lacerations on his face and limbs most likely resulted from a slip, a leap, a throw or a push?

7. The buttock portion of his trousers were ripped. Was the ripped portion found? If it ripped as he fell it should be somewhere on the building wall.

8. By examining the ripped portion or his torn trousers, it could be established what was the most likely angle Teoh was when his pants ripped.

9. Did the autopsy indicate whether injuries not due to a fall were found on his body?

10. Was it established whether he was found on the same side of the building where the interrogation room is? Or was interrogation done in some other part of the building and was the area on the ground floor on that side examined?

I don't have high expectations of PDRM however, I hope, in some way light could be thrown on what actually happened.

First, how did Anwar avoid death, with a black eye?

Want to bet the finding............already announce wah by Selangor CPO, No evidence of foul play.....verdict sudden death.

I agree with dave sometimes i think that we have to set aside a fee to get their service fast...anyway i really feel that this time we the rakyat of malaysia should come out together peacefully doesnt matter our background or political stance and show our feelings towards this shocking incidents. Its time for us to really pressure the fed.government & PM to show real reform in judicial, police & MACC conduct.
If people like Teoh who have position is not safe how does a common people like us will fare like if it happens to us? Please friends put pressure on them in a peaceful way at least say our thoughts by writing in newspapers or send letters to Najib to show our grave concern. Maybe this will help...

As an immediate measure perhaps all interoggation should be video taped continuously. This could be used as material for instigation purposes. Lawyers should be allowed to attend such interviews if a person is called only for fact finding and not suspect for the crime.

how to trust the police investigation ?

they themself also have so many people died in custody and no report out yet ?

tomorrow police will continue the story made by MACC officer. now both of them busy plan out a logic story. but too many times they bullshit us. how to trust?

The spirit of Teoh Beng Hock must seek vengeance. You and the culprits RESPONSIBLE for your death are the ONLY persons who knew what exactly happened!. Everyone is just guessing.

Remember, GO AFTER THEM! Give the killers sleepless nights and nightmares. Don't show any mercy. REVENGE YOUR DEATH!!!

nobody in malaysia trust the police anymore. so what if the police can come out with a report. we all know the content of the report.

the malaysia police and macc is the laughing stock of the whole world. only protect those corrupt people. rakyat hidup mati tak peduli. istana besar besar dari rasuah boleh lepas. malaysia boleh!!!

with this case, malaysia government will loose all the confident from everyone. just be prepared to loose more in the next election.

Public anger will not dissipate if the police say "no foul play" Don't insult the intelligence of the rakyat. Give us a good explanation why his trousers was torn. Were they holding him by his pants before he fell?

Even the former DPM was badly beaten up (claimed to be self-imposed injuries) and proudly paraded for the world to see. What chance does a simple citizen of the pendatang kind have with polis and ex-polis? Just like AS, C-4ed. So what?

Have independent overseas pathologists and expert to investigate. Any investigation by any of the Malaysian authorities and agencies cannot be trusted. They are the enforcers and they are the criminals as well!!

The cause of Teoh's death..

a) Suicide
b) No sufficient evidence, case close.
c) Sudden death
d) Taking a fresh air near the window and accidently slipped to his death

Couldn't believe that the party who claims is protecting the whole nation is finding lots n lots ways to take away it's ppl life.. How sad it is?
