SHAH ALAM, July 26 — Embattled DAP executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah and other state Pakatan Rakyat leaders alleged today a conspiracy using government machinery and Internet blogs was under way to topple the Selangor Government.
“We have received information that some parties are planning a plot to bring down the Pakatan Rakyat administration and are willing to do anything including using government machinery” said Ean Yong outside the district police headquarters here this afternoon.
Dirty tactics are being used by Barisan Nasional (BN) and Umno, who are desperate to tarnish the image of PR state lawmakers in Selangor, said the state DAP chairman whose political secretary was found dead on a balcony at Plaza Masalam, on July 16.
“I wish to stress that Malaysians have changed and are demanding for the truth behind the death of Teoh Beng Hock.”
Teoh was found sprawled on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam. He was earlier questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, whose officers maintained he was released at 3.45am on the day of his death.
Other leaders from PAS and PKR were spotted outside the police station today in support of Yong and his colleague Ronnie Liu, who were lodging a report against a “black blog” which accused them of graft.
Khalid Samad accused Umno of wanting a repeat of what happened to the Perak PR administration in Selangor, except “this time they were targeting DAP instead of PKR.
The PAS MP said accusations against Yong and Liu over the misuse of state funds were lies and he believed the public would not be fooled.
He accused the MACC of double standards and claimed that the federal government had channelled up to RM1 million to the Shah Alam Umno Division to disperse without any checks.
“Nobody knows how the money is spent yet the MACC chooses to target PR state lawmakers,” he said.
State PKR youth chief Kairul Anuar said BN should get the mandate from voters if they wanted to retake Selangor instead of resorting to dirty tactics.
“People know they are trying to destabilise PR,” he said.
Selangor PAS secretary Mohd Khairuddin Othman also accused the police of practising selective investigations into the death of Teoh.
A practising lawyer, he pointed out that in all other similar cases those being investigated are remanded to facilitate investigations.
“This is the practice by police except in this case where no MACC officers were arrested,” he said, adding the case should be investigated as murder.
Liu, who on Friday told the press that he would not lodge a report about the blog posting because he had little faith in police and the MACC, today said he had been advised to reconsider.
“I still doubt the police will act but if I didn’t make the report, it will lead to accusations that I have something to hide,” he said.
The three articles posted on www.t4bh.blogspot.com are false and created by individuals who want to escape being implicated in Teoh’s death by creating confusion, added Yong.
The blogger claims Teoh was under pressure from Yong and Liu, who forced him to steal funds from state allocations for the Sungai Pelek state constituency.
Yong said Teoh was his assistant and had never worked for Liu or had anything to do with allocations for that state constituency.
Meanwhile a second report was lodge by Liu’s aide, Wong Chuan How, who is also a Sepang municipal councillor.
Fabricated documents on the blog claimed Wong was a contractor, who was awarded over 80 contracts worth over RM200,000 in the Sungai Pelek constituency.
Wong was actually in charge of dispersing the funds to contractors and suppliers from the District Office and lodged the report today to clear his name.

Life's lesson is such, if you don't have to struggle your entire life to survive you'll always be complacent. Check the history of the world you'll find out that those who have to fight for survival are the ones who'll succeed. You know what I'm talking about.
What a shame.

BN is definitely using tactics to topple Selangor Government.
Lets call for a fresh state election of Selangor and Perak together.
Get a fresh mandate from the people, if BN really understand simple meaning of Demorcracy.

That is why all PR component parties must stay united and work on professionally and transparently.
BN has spotted there are many in fighting and squabbles among PR component parties. The latest being
Azmin pinpointed that Selangor EXCO were incompetent and revamp for EXCO was urgently needed. Then Wee Choo Kheong said DAP exco was involved in gathering with illegal groups in his office. I don't understand why all these have to be raised by them. They may want to show off their intelligence. If any of those accusations are true, the police and MACC would make the first move. They are spying on PK right from day one.

Hence, PR has to prove that it is capable of running the State and knowing that the stack is being played against them, their only option is to be above board at all times. At times, many politicians seem unable to get away from corrupted businessmen who have had being working with the previous Gomen through corrupted practices! hence, the average Malaysians can only draw only one conclusion when they witness such gathering. Don't blame the average Malaysians, they are fed-up with most political leaders in the country!! We have been good for sloganeering only!

ALL Selangor will stand by PR especially since the Murder of Teoh Beng Hock. Let the death of TBH be the rallying call for PR. Dall on Rakyat for support in every way possible. We will step up to bring BN right down this time - down to the sum that they can find in Pig Farms, Chicken farms and among Cow dung! Let's start the battle NOW!

Every 5 years we have the constitutional rights of elections.
And in a general election we can keep the same government or change the govt.
What for - use other tactics to topple the present state government -
I don't care - I tak kisah - if the plot is from BN or from PR -
The people will reject the validity or legitimacy of such a govt.
I appeal to the leaderships of Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat -
the only right way to install a govt - state or federal -
is to give the mandate to the people to vote -
Only the govt of the people, and of the people's choice via majority votes -
will be acceptable...
If BN want to topple the Selangor state govt under PR -
using plots of scare tactics and harassment or carrots to get assemblymen to jump -
The people will reject.
If PR want to topple BN state govt - in Sabah or Sarawak or in other states -
Don't do that -
Only the mandate from the people, the govt will have the moral strenght and authority to rule.

UMNO bozos regard the rakyat are of low mentality as they are.
They think they suffer great loss in GE12 because they fell behind on the use of internet influence, hence they are now trying to use internet as means to spread quibbles, chicanery and fallacies.
How wrong can they be, not knowing that cyber-citizens have eyes as sharp as eagles. The cyber population are made up of people of higher education and they will swallow indiscrematedly everything that's being put on the net.
UMNO, you can't rule the country with lies, that era has long passed.

You had proven, under the awful leadership of tempe belacan, that you are not fit to govern Selangor. Accept the will of the people that you lost March 2008. Try to be an effective opposition now - but till todate it appears you are not even fit for this role.
To re-quote one donkey above, 'BN's brand of politics and Najib's obsession with power is not welcome!'

Maybe we can look at it the other way round. Now we know MACC is at least doing their job and the PR Govt has to be on their toes at all times. ISN'T THIS WHAT we the rakyat wants? So it is much better than BN rule, where the MACC can sleep while the rakyat are being sucked dry.
Suddenly, everybody's talking about the late Teoh's death (alleged amount investigated RM2,400) and forgotten about the Istana Khir (worth over RM24 million) which MACC supposedly are investigating.

What is not right is the method used. BN are able to use or misuse the various government machineries and agents to frustrate the smooth performance by the Pakatan governments. It is not easy to overcome this because the BN is very big and powerful. Only way to get at them is through the people's votes.
So now Pakatan should concentrate on programmes to fulfill the peoples' wishes and stop all the politicking nonsenses. Nik Aziz does not go around attacking UMNO unnecessarily but concentrate in getting enough funds to get going at great pains. But he will not tolerate corruptions at what ever level because he is scared of Alllah wrath. This is perhaps the bond that the people of Kelantan attach to him and have been supporting him for four terms already.
Pakatan concentrate to please and fulfill the people. In no time BN and UMNO will not be able to gain back their lost territories. People will just throw them out. After all their narrow racial supremacies are already out of date.

What the PR government can do is to get the MB, Khalid Ibrahim to make a formal complaint to the Sultan of Selangor that there are forces out to disrupt the state governments activities.
Fabrication of lies is already bad what's more those with then threatening and torturing to "admit" to these fabricated lies. These disgusting acts are done by the opposition parties in Selangor ( UMNO with the knowledge of MCA, MIC and Gerakan ) . And these are the very people who said they fear God but are doing this right before GOD's eyes.

PR reps should resign en bloc and force elections.
This time UMNO has no chance in Selangor. We Malaysians, will ensure we kick them out. We need to teach UMNo a lesson.
I like to see Wan Azizah back in action.

Why the hell isn't the owner of the blog: www.t4bh.blogspot.com called up by the police in the similar manner when this has to do with murder??
Why the hell is the owner of that malicious and seditious blog allowed to hide behind the shroud of anonymity??
He claims to have all the documents owned by the deceased, that makes him the prime witness in this case. Shouldn't the police then bring him in to record his statement???

Isn't pakatan has been enbarking on a campaign to smear the name of BN for years now ? They had been using all kinds of unsubstianted and naked lies to undermine Najib and other BN leaders in their cermahs and blogs. So does this mean it is an attempt to bring down the BN govt ?
If DAP has proof that BN is planning to bring down Selangor Pakatan illegally, please share with us your "proof". Then we can consider about believing you.
Also remember, in Perak it was PR who started the katakcracy why getting UMNO ADUN to jump and it was merely BN's counter attack that brought down Pakatan's fragile coalition.
So, Pakatan cyberfans, please get your facts right...
I am amused by all these naive posts by Pakatan cyberfans who swallow lock stock and barrel whatever nonsense dished out by their leaders.
