MIRI, Aug 13 - Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said today he regarded the allegations hurled by Barisan Nasional's Backbenchers Club (BNBBC) chairman Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing against Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Kee Teat as something personal between two individuals.
He said as of now, he could not see the misunderstanding between Tiong and Ong, who is also the MCA president, as having anything to do with their positions in the Barisan Nasional.
Nazri, who is in charge of the parliamentary affairs and anti-corruption matters, was asked to comment on the allegations made by Tiong, the MP for Bintulu nd Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party treasurer-general, that he (Tiong) had donated RM10 million to Ong to be channelled to MCA last year.
Tiong's allegations reported yesterday stated that the donation was made on Ong's request because Tiong supported MCA's activities.
Following the allegation, Ong lodged a police report and demanded Tiong withdraw his allegation.
Nazri said he was of the opinion that the matter should be handed over to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to open a case on the allegation.
He said it was the responsibility of the MACC to determine if there had been an act of corruption.
“We have to remember that not only the person who receives; the person who gives bribes also stands to be accused,” he said. Nazri said this during his visit to the MACC office here. - Bernama

Come on Nazri do not camouflage this $10M bribe. Tiong, from another political party donating milllions to support another political party. This makes no sense. You are asking that Lim Kit Siang donating $10M to PAS in the same context. This $10M was paid over for no other reason than to further some unholy buiness interests between these 2 persons, This is the only interpretation to the whole fiasco. Nazri you are being nasty when the person is not from your Use Money No Offence party you call for MACC to investigate, but when the Toyo Palace isu come to fore you just turn your face away and see not a thing. Only a rumor on unknown blog, MACC rushing to for investigation recently in Selangor.

Nazri sounds more like aiya.. RM10million is just a small amount since its personal.. Why bother when both are in the same party, anything can happen down there.. MACC only knows how to catch the small fish and all the Big fishes they ignore. So far have anyone heard from MACC that Khir's palace has been investigated, PKFZ its like you blame me i blame you just waiting our taxpapers money and have the cheek to say that no stone will be left unturned and get to the bottom of this.. hahaha when Hassan Ali (from PAS) and Ronnie Liu (from DAP) have different opinion regarding the sale of beer/alcohol in Selangor, the media played up the issue like it's the end of the world hahaha. but in BN, we have 2 people from the very same party (MCA) openly accusing and trying to take each other down. but nothing to report la in the mass media. they take it as nothing happened when it comes to BN. but when it comes to PR, everything is not right, everything is a big issue. so pathetic.

PR should have a way to deliver their ideology or news and not depending on main media which are all hopeless, if PR is serious in taking over the government.
