Ex-serviceman jailed a week for unnatural sex
PETALING JAYA, Aug 3 — A former soldier was sentenced to seven days’ jail by the Sessions Court here today after he was found guilty of having unnatural sex with a housewife, who was also his neighbour, last year.
Judge Suraiya Mustafa Kamal handed down the sentence on Ibrahim Mohd, 63, after finding that the defence had failed to raise reasonable doubts against the charge at the end of the defence case.
She also ordered Ibrahim to pay cost of RM2,000 to the prosecution.
Ibrahim was charged with having unnatural sex with the 49-year-old woman at a house in Taman Desa Ria here at 1.30pm on September 27 last year. — Bernama
