Fancy having tea with Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge? — Reuters picKUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 — Fancy having tea with Britain’s most popular couple? Yes, Prince William and his wife Catherine!
The British High Commission launched a photo competition today where two lucky winners stand a chance to meet the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during their upcoming visit to Malaysia in September. To enter, all you need to do is send in a digital photo of yourself — or your friends and family — enjoying tea in a creative location.
“A love of tea drinking is something which both Malaysian and British people share,” said Simon Featherstone, the British High Commissioner. “What better way to mark this very special royal occasion than by inviting everyone to join in the celebration and send in a photo which demonstrates their creativity.”
Photos will be judged on originality, creativity and quality. The first 50 entries and the 50 best entries will receive limited-edition Diamond Jubilee tea specially created by Boh.
The royal couple will be here from September 13-15 as part of the celebration to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee.
