Bernama Online reported investigating officer Sgt Major Razali Mahmud as testifying at the inquest into Baharudin’s death that he did not agree with the suggestion by counsel Patrick Dass, who is representing the deceased’s family, that he had been instructed to see that his heart was switched during the autopsy.

He also said he had been present throughout the autopsy and that Baharudin’s body was the only one in the room at the time.

The other individuals present were KHL pathologist Dr Khairul Anuar Zainun, his assistant Dr Ferwan Fairis Ab Karim, a medical assistant and a police photographer, he added.
