Boy, 14, charged with incest
JERANTUT, Sept 13 — A 14-year-old boy was charged in the magistrate’s court here today with committing incest last November.
However, no plea was recorded after the charge was read before magistrate Muhammad Iskandar Zainol.
The boy was charged with committing the offence on his 15-year-old sister at a house in Kampung Bukit Kor, Batu Balai at midnight on November last year.
The boy, represented by lawyer Ibrahim Kamaruddin, was allowed bail of RM5,000 with one surety. The court also set October 18 to mention the case.
The boy’s father posted the bail. — Bernama
