Suspected child molester accused of sodomising victim’s brother
BESUT, June 19 — A security guard who was arrested yesterday for recording his act of outraging the modesty of a seven-year-old girl on his mobile phone, is facing another charge for sodomising the girl’s nine-year-old brother.
Besut district police chief, Supt Kamaruddin Zakaria, said this followed a report lodged by the siblings’ mother today.
He said that the woman, 45, had lodged a report yesterday after being informed by her 21-year-old son about a recording of the girl being molested by the suspect.
She came to lodge another report against the suspect today after the son told her that he had been sodomised by the 56-year-old suspect several times, he added.
He said the boy was sent to the Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital (HUSM) in Kubang Kerian for examination, which found old scars at his anus. — Bernama
