File photo of the Jaguar F-type. — Picture courtesy of JaguarPARIS, Aug 14 — The new roadster from Jaguar will be unveiled at the next Paris Motor Show, according to an announcement late last week.

The model, as of now only known in its prototype form, will be available with a choice of three engines: two 3.0L supercharged V6 engines delivering 340hp and 380hp and a V8. The model will feature an eight-speed auto gear box and Stop/Start technology. The new F-Type will go on sale in mid-2013.

The Paris Auto Show will run from September 29 to October 14. — AFP-Relaxnews
