APRIL 17 — Reading Tottenham minds:

Carlo Cudicini: “Why always me?”

Kyle Walker: “I will never be Dani Alves.”

William Gallas: “I am the best defender in the world, always, until I step out on to the pitch.”

Ledley King: “Why does Harry keep picking me?”

Benoit Assou-Ekotto: “Do I really care?”

Scott Parker: “Where is everyone else, for God’s sake?”

Luka Modric: “Who cares, I can go anywhere or anytime I like!”

Aaron Lennon: “I gave my best!”

Gareth Bale: “I scored! I scored!”

Rafael van der Vaart: “Great tactician? Only thing Harry does is to take me off.”

Emmanuel Adebayor: “I am limited! I am limited! I am limited! No, I am the best striker in the world! Even better than Andy Carroll!”

Harry Redknapp: “Maybe I should ask for a knighthood, too, in my contract? Sir Harry Redknapp, England manager? T’riffic!”
