KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 — Puspakom will introduce its Inspection by Appointment system at its branches in Selangor and the Federal Territories, Bernama Online reported today.

Puspakom chief executive Hisham Othman told the news portal that the system, which was first introduced in the northern and southern regions as well as the east coast, has proven effective in terms of better traffic management and cutting waiting time.

Members of the public who would like to make an appointment are advised to either call or drop by the branch that they intend to visit ahead of time, he added.
