MURCIA, Spain, Sept 2 — Norway’s Thor Hushovd won stage six of the Tour of Spain in Murcia today.

Italian Daniele Bennati was second behind the Cervelo rider and Slovenia’s Grega Bole was third.

Philippe Gilbert of Belgium remained overall leader after finishing sixth on the stage.

The Tour of Spain finishes in Madrid on September 19. — Reuters
