Bradley Cooper stars in ‘Hit and Run’
Hit And Run — Official Trailer (HD) screenshot. — AFP picLOS ANGELES, May 16 — The first trailer for the romantic-comedy Hit and Run, starring Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) and Kristin Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) was released May 15.
Cooper, who wears dreadlocks, plays the former cohort of Dax Shepard’s character, an ex-bank robber in the witness protection programme whose past returns to haunt him. Shepard (When in Rome) also wrote, co-directed and stars in this action packed adventure.
As a wild road trip ensues, Shepard’s character — whose name is ‘Charlie Bronson’ — and his girlfriend race toward Los Angeles with Cooper and the Highway Patrol in pursuit. A Federal Marshall trying to protect him complicates the chase scenes are punctuated with humour.
Also stars Tom Arnold, Kristin Chenoweth and Beau Bridges.
Hit and Run opens August 23-24 in Australia, France, Sweden and North America with more markets to follow.
