Christian Slater joins cast of Lars von Trier’s ‘Nymphomaniac’
LOS ANGELES, Sept 14 — Christian Slater will join the cast of Lars von Trier’s upcoming erotic drama "Nymphomaniac", according to Variety.
Actor Christian Slater will be joining the cast of Lars von Trier's upcoming erotic drama "Nymphomaniac". — Reuters picChristian Slater, now 43, will portray the father of the main character in a film that will document the latter’s sex life from her first kiss to her fifties. Charlotte Gainsbourg will get the lead role, with English model Stacy Martin stepping in to play her younger self.
Shia LaBeouf, Jamie Bell, Stellan Skarsgaard and Charlotte Rampling will also have roles in the movie. Lars von Trier will released two versions, one that features soft-core scenes and another with hardcore pornographic content.
