Clint Eastwood and Amy Adams in ‘Trouble With the Curve’
LOS ANGELES, Aug 9 — Warner Bros offers a first glimpse of “Trouble With the Curve” on Yahoo!Movies. Set to the tune of Phillip Phillips’ “Home,” the trailer unveils a film about father-daughter relationships, old age and the evolution of America’s favourite pastime.
Justin Timberlake will join Clint Eastwood and Amy Adams in the upcoming sports dramedy.
It tells the story of an aging baseball scout, played by Eastwood, whose eyes start to fail him. The old man decides to takes his daughter with him on an ultimate scouting trip to analyze the game of a brilliant young talent.
Eastwood had not been spotted in front of a camera since Gran Torino, but he’s back to an acting role under the guidance of Robert Lorentz, his assistant director on “Mystic River”, “Million Dollar Baby” and “The Bridges of Madison County”.
