Film clip: ‘Brave’ in 3D
HOLLYWOOD, Feb 28 — The latest clip has come out for Brave, the upcoming 3D animated film by Pixar, a fantasy adventure about a young princess in Scotland.
The scene sets up the film with three unfortunate men trying out at an archery tournament for the hand of Princess Merida.
A strong and willful girl, Merida shows herself as the more skilled archer and defies custom, which brings chaos to the kingdom and leads Merida to discover what true bravery means.
The voice cast features Billy Connolly as King Fergus, Emma Thompson as Queen Elinor, Robbie Coltrane (Harry Potter) and Kelly Macdonald (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2) as Princess Merida.
A video game based on the film is being developed for release this summer.
Brave is scheduled for release on June 21-22 in Australia, Russia, Brazil, Singapore and North America, followed by Japan and South America in July and Europe in August. — AFP-Relaxnews
