Pop star Katy Perry (pic) tops the Starcount global social media chart for the week of September 16-22, having released a new track featuring rapper Juicy J from her upcoming album, Prism. Other celebrities joining her on the list include Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, and soccer star Mesut Ozil.
