‘The Dark Knight Rises’ rakes in US$800 million globally
LOS ANGELES, Aug 14 — Three weeks after its launch, the concluding chapter of Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy has grossed more than US$800 million (RM2.5 billion) around the world.

It has grossed US$445.3 million outside of North America and US$390.1 million in the US and Canada combined.
"The Dark Knight Rises" is living up to its name by soaring towards the success enjoyed by its predecessor “The Dark Knight” (2008).
