ITB Berlin

March 7-11

Berlin, Germany

This international tourism show is one of the biggest of the year, with countries from all over the world pitching up to highlight what’s on and what’s new. This year will see an expanded travel technology area and discussions covering hot topics such as tourism following the Arab Spring and cruise line safety.

20th Dubai Boat Show

March 13-17

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A boat show couldn’t really fit with Dubai’s glitzy self-image any better, and this event — the largest in the Middle East and now celebrating its 20th anniversary — unsurprisingly goes one step further, lining up a range of supercars next to the superyachts and pleasure boats. — AFP-Relaxnews
