Bomb at south Italy school, several hurt

ROME, May 19 — A bomb exploded in front of a school in the southern Italian town of Brindisi today, injuring at least five people, two of them seriously, the Italian news agency ANSA reported, citing an official from the Civil Protection Service.

ANSA said police were investigating but no other details were available. No comment was immediately available from the carabinieri police station in Brindisi. — Reuters
